Tenant Resources

All standard repairs must be submitted in writing (for emergency repairs, see below). The most efficient method of submitting a request is through our tenant portal:

You may also submit repairs via e-mail and fax, here, but use of the portal is the most efficient means of contacting us for your situation. Our contact number is 702-482-8903.
 
Emergency Repairs
Contact our office immediately to address the following emergency repairs.
 
  • No electricity
  • No water
  • Water leak
  • Major roof leak
  • Garage door will not open and vehicle stuck inside
  • No A/C or heat
  • Accident causing substantial damage to home

Emergency Repairs will be conducted in accordance with NRS 118A (http://www.leg.state.nv.us/NRS/NRS-118a.html ).
